- Downloading, installing and using Teacher Access to apply for positions collects and stores information uploaded by the user in creating their account’s content. This information includes videos, settings and text among other items. All information gathered from Teacher Access is for the functional use of the application and is used in no other way.

"Personal Information" is information that you provide to us that personally identifies you, such as your name, phone number, location and email address.
Teacher Access collects this information by asking the user to submit it and will make use of this information for the exact purpose specified in the app. Contact information volunteered by the user will be used to contact the user for the purpose of communication regarding the use of the app and interview/recruitment purposes. Teacher Access securely stores all of this information and it is only accessible by our trusted Teacher Access team. Should a user require their information be deleted from our servers, this can be requested through the app or by contacting us through our details listed on our website.
"Non-Personal Information" is information that cannot by itself be directly associated with a specific person or entity. Non-Personal Information collected includes availability information for interviewing as well as preferences and settings attributed to your UDID to maintain certain functionalities with-in the application and provide notifications.
"Potentially Personal Information" is information that is Non-Personal Information in and of itself but that could be used in conjunction with other information to personally identify you. Potentially Personal Information collected includes but is not limited to information you upload while creating video and contact information uploaded while giving your availability. In conjunction together this information may or may not be able to identify a user, depending on the level of detail voluntarily given by that user. This information is purely used for the correct functionality and connection to the Teacher Access recruitment platform.
In certain other limited situations, Teacher Access may disclose your Information, such as when necessary to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of Teacher Access or its users; to enforce our terms of service; and to pursue available legal remedies. Additionally, Teacher Access may need to transfer your information to an affiliate or successor in the event of a change of our corporate structure or status, such as in the event of a restructuring, sale, or bankruptcy.
We will retain any information collected for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law and/or regulations.
Using Teacher Access to create video applications (Uploading of media) makes your media visible to schools on the platform. Teacher Access actively prohibits users for saving or copying others information. Teacher Access Schools does not take any responsibility for the actions of other users in this regard.
